October 16th is the fifth anniversary of ORCID’s launch and we can’t wait to start the celebrations!
What a long way we have come! We are really excited to be reaching this milestone supported by more than 700 members from all disciplines and regions, many working group participants, a very engaged Board, and a fantastic dedicated ORCID team. Not to mention all the researchers, associations, funders, publishers, research institutions, vendors and others who continue to help us make the research world a better place, one persistent identifier at a time.
We couldn’t have done it without your support and to say thank you we are delighted to share a special ORCID@5 video, with contributions from our staff and the community . We hope you like it!
