Persistent identifiers (PIDs) – for individuals, research outputs and organizations  – are the building blocks of research information infrastructure. They enable transparent and trustworthy connections and their wider adoption can lead to improved access to information and increased trust in scholarship and research.

Join this #ETD2021 pre-conference session to learn how universities and funders are adopting identifiers like DOI, Handle, ORCID (among others) to improve accessibility and discoverability for theses and dissertations. We’ll be presenting use cases from institutions across the globe and there will be plenty of time for discussion!
